incredible photographic essay by james mollison depicting children from various parts of the world in their sleep environment as well as accompanying portraits against a neutral background. a little bit heartbreaking but fascinating nonetheless. i think this would be an important book to have for a growing child. it's a small world after all.

I felt sympathy for the under privilege kids who are forced to sleep on the floor without any comfort. Surely there are things to be done to alleviate their condition.
