pumpkin time
while we were in utah we went with my sister and nieces to a harvest festival that is held every year in lehi, utah called cornbellies. it was super fun and sweet. pig races, little slides, and a corn maze. apple cider and pumpkin spice donuts. all the good stuff.
last year we had a blast at
(look how pregnant i was!) but this year we had to settle for a local pumpkin patch. elodie was thrilled anyway (and maybe didn't remember last year?) which was a good reminder that
we
are the ones that need more, more, more, not them. why overcomplicate things during these years when they are happy with sweet and simple?
