Cleaning up with Seventh Generation
As soon as October hits, the leaves start to change and little noses start to run. I use this as my advance warning to start adding more warm teas, nutritious soups, and layering the girls' clothing to keep them extra warm. What I dread even more than the common cold is the tummy bug that always seems to hit when the girls go back to pre-school and elementary school. I've added another tool, that helps kill household germs, with the addition of the new Seventh Generation Disinfectant Spray. I'm really excited to have a botanical disinfectant option that is scented with essential oils!
Seventh Generation Disinfectant Spray can be used directly on counters and other hard surfaces and doesn't need to be wiped away. There’s no rinse required! It deodorizes and disinfects in one step using an active ingredient called Thymol (a component of Thyme oil). I also love that it uses compressed air to power it! It is also non-flammable! In addition, it kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses, including the cold and flu viruses*. I'm so grateful to Seventh Generation for providing these powerful botanical solutions to use in our home.
*Kills over 99.99% of household germs, specifically: Influenza A virus, H1N1, Rhinovirus type 37, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enterica, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli.
